As an Assistant Headteacher with 15 years teaching experience and a proven track record for demonstrating rapid and sustained progress in teaching and learning , inclusion and safeguarding, I am able to offer a bespoke service that will deliver results whilst ensuring that staff wellbeing and productivity is improved.
Since 2010, I’ve been providing professional development and consultancy services to clients on a local, national and international level. From strategic planning to innovative solutions, my focus is always on building an efficient and results-driven relationship. Following a departmental review conducted by Beth, I commissioned her to carry out further work developing our new Head of Department with her leadership skills, to empower her to make rapid and sustainable improvements. In this capacity, Beth supported my Head of Department in the writing of innovative, engaging and inspiring schemes of learning and the production of highly effective curriculum and assessment maps. She has also led department CPD on marking and feedback and helped the Head of Department develop effective assessment tracking tools. Our Head of Department has grown in confidence and she attributes a lot of that to Beth, who always went above and beyond her given remit!
